LobbyCentral Online has been upgraded to version 1.0.3.

Text Message Support
LobbyCentral Online can email a text message to your customer when the request is selected from the service queue. To use this feature, you must first define mobile phone providers in Administration->Data Tools->Text Message Providers.
Add each provider with name and format. Format is the provider’s email format used to receive an emailed text message. For example, Verizion is vtext.com.
When creating a customer request, check the box to send a text message, select the customer’s phone provider, and enter the customer’s mobile number.
The LobbyCentral Kiosk is a free Windows program that you can load on any PC running Windows. The kiosk provides self-service check in for your customers.
To download the program, go to http://portal.lobbycentral.com and click Download LobbyCentral Online Kiosk from the Available Downloads section.
