<p>SalesForce is the leading online customer relationship management system (CRM). 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With the popularity of online services, many customers prefer to conduct their business through the internet and by phone.  While brick and mortar will continue to serve a purpose, managing customer service issues via email, fax, and phone can be burdesome task.</p>
<p>In version 5.0.3, we added a new feature to LobbyCentral web called &#8220;Callbacks&#8221;.  A callback queue holds service requests for customers not in your service lobby.  These requests may have come in by mail, email, or through your website.</p>
<p>Requests in the callback queue do not track wait-time, as the customer is contacted when the ticket is selected from the queue.  All other standard tracking information such as date/time called, user, service notes, etc. are tracked.</p>
<p>To create a callback queue, go to the Adminstration Page, and select Queue Management from the left side menu.  Click the new button and choose the callback queue type.  Complete the remaining fields as you normall would for a Lobby queue.</p>
<p>Once the callback queue has been created, users can be assigned to work it. </p>
<p>The Callback queue type is only available in Service Center Web.  If you have not updated your system, log into <a href="http://support.thinkfsi.com/">http://support.thinkfsi.com</a> to download the new version.  Updates are provided to annual maintenance subscribers at no additional charge.</p>
<p>By managing a list of open requests, the callback queue ensures that customers are not forgotten and improves overall customer service for online customers.</p>
